Panama offer a lot of exoneration, that are good for 5, 10, and 15 years (depending of the amount and type of invest), and even 20 years (special Law).  There are also, tax exoneration for properties and construction with tourism purposes, agriculture purposes, and special commercial zones, therefore, please, consult with us, because the asking price of the properties is important to determinate if the property is currently paying taxes, and who much you will pay in taxes once you purchase a specific property.  The mayority of the properties for sale has been exonerated.
